The hotel was conveniently close to Niagara Falls, making it easy to access the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and non-smoking, offering a clean and comfortable stay. However, the service was not up to par with no courtesy extended, which was a downside. The proximity to Niagara Falls was a definite highlight, though the surrounding neighborhood was a bit lacking.

The hotel is a perfect distance away from our leisure destination at Niagara Falls, but unfortunately, the rooms were in a pathetic state with dirt, dust, black mold, and hairs in the sink, which led to a last-minute cancellation.
